1.Maahi Curd Chaana Cutlet

Item name: Aaloo Chana Cutlet Curd Chat
Ingredients:
- Potato – 500 gm ( 8 -10 Medium Size)
- Corn Flour – 2 Table spoon ( 50 gm)
- Green Chana – 100 gm
- Coriander Powder – 1 Teaspoon.
- Dry Mango Powder – ¼ Teaspoon.
- Garam masala – ¼ Tea spoon
- Green Chilli – 2 TO 3
- Green coriander leaves – 1 Cup
- Salt – As per taste
- Oil – 3 Table Spoon
Method:
- Wash & boil potatoes Also boil Chana in ½ cup of water (It takes 5 to 6 minutes to boil)
- Now , cool & blend Chana
- Now take a pan & heat 1 table spoon oil.
- Add coriander powder , green chilli, Chana paste, salt,garam masala & mix well,
- Cook masala for at least 2 – 3 minutes.
- Stuffing of cutlet is ready …
- Now peel the potatoes after cooling them
- Messed the potatoes, add corn flour & salt.
- Kneed the mixture & divide it in to balls.
- Take a potato ball in hand, make flatten & dent it to fill stuffing.
- Now cover it & make flatten with hand
- Place a pan on the stove & pour oil.
- Spread oil on pan & place all cutlets on it( Maximum 2 to 3)
- Fry all cutlets with low flame & pour some more oil on the sides of the cutlets.
- Fry both the sides till turn brown
- Put cutlets on plate.
- Spread Maahi curd on it , add green chutney, sweet chutney & sprinkle some chat masala & add some coriander leaves.
- Aallo chana cutlets curd chat is ready, Server it , taste it ….

2. Baked Macaroni with Pineapple

Item name: Baked Macaroni with Pineapple
Ingredients:4 Serving
- Boiled macaroni – 1 + 1/3 Cup
- Pineapple – ½ cup
- Cooking Butter – 2 table spoon
- Maida -2 table spoon
- Maahi Milk – 2 cups
- Black pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
- Sugar – 5 to 6 table spoon
- Cheese – 3 tablespoon + 1 cup
- Salt as per taste
For Garnishing:
- Mint leaves
- Some pineapple and its leaves
Method:
- Step 1 - take one pan heat cooking butter and maida on low flame. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes but taking care that it does not change its color.
- Step 2 – Add Maahi milk, stirring continuously so that lumps dose not form. Add cheese and keep stirring. Consistency should be semi liquid form.
- Step 3 – Add salt, pepper powder, sugar, macaroni and mix well.
- Step 4 - Take half mixture into oven proof bowl. Then arrange evenly some pineapple, again pour the rest of the mixture.
- Step 5- Now make 1 layer of pineapple. Add grated cheese. Keep this dish in preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes at 18o garnish with mint leaves pineapple and its leaves.
- Bakes macaroni with pineapple is ready, Server it , taste it ….

Method:
- Crush the zinzara
- Flame the potato
- Make the paste with Zinger, Green chilli and coriander
- Mix all all item and make the dish and give shape whatever you like
4. Dhak Dhak Paneer

Ingredients:
- Maahi Gold Milk 500 ml nu Paneer.
- Sweet corn –Semi crush 1 Table Spoon.
- Carrot Crush – 1 table spoon.
- Capsicum – 1 table spoon.
- Maida liquid – 2 table spoon + Water
- Fresh Bread crush as per required
- Chat Masala
- Aamchur powder
- Salt
- Mari powder
- Green chilli – 2
- Coriander – 1 table spoon.
- Oil for Fry
Method:
- Proper mix all items but not oil and paste.
- Make a heart shape.
- Fry prepared mix in oil with help of Maida and bread crush.
- Fry till the colour look like badami.
- Now dhak dhak paneer is ready.
