 1.Maahi Curd Chaana Cutlet

Item name: Aaloo Chana Cutlet Curd Chat

Ingredients:

  1. Potato – 500 gm ( 8 -10 Medium Size)
  2. Corn Flour – 2 Table spoon ( 50 gm)
  3. Green Chana – 100 gm
  4. Coriander Powder – 1 Teaspoon.
  5. Dry Mango Powder – ¼ Teaspoon.
  6. Garam masala – ¼ Tea spoon
  7. Green Chilli – 2 TO 3
  8. Green coriander leaves – 1 Cup
  9. Salt – As per taste
  10. Oil – 3 Table Spoon

Method:

  1. Wash & boil potatoes Also boil Chana in ½ cup of water (It takes 5 to 6 minutes to boil)
  2. Now , cool & blend Chana
  3. Now take a pan & heat 1 table spoon oil.
  4. Add coriander powder , green chilli, Chana paste, salt,garam masala & mix well,
  5. Cook masala for at least 2 – 3 minutes.
  6. Stuffing of cutlet is ready …
  7. Now peel the potatoes after cooling them
  8. Messed the potatoes, add corn flour & salt.
  9. Kneed the mixture & divide it in to balls.
  10. Take a potato ball in hand, make flatten & dent it to fill stuffing.
  11. Now cover it & make flatten with hand
  12. Place a pan on the stove & pour oil.
  13. Spread oil on pan & place all cutlets on it( Maximum 2 to 3)
  14. Fry all cutlets with low flame & pour some more oil on the sides of the cutlets.
  15. Fry both the sides till turn brown
  16. Put cutlets on plate.
  17. Spread Maahi curd on it , add green chutney, sweet chutney & sprinkle some chat masala & add some coriander leaves.
  18. Aallo chana cutlets curd chat is ready, Server it , taste it ….

Decoration:

  1. Maahi Curd 1 cup
  2. Sweet Chutney
  3. Green chutney
  4. Coriander Leaves
  5. Chat Masala

 2. Baked Macaroni with Pineapple

Item name: Baked Macaroni with Pineapple

Ingredients:4 Serving

  1. Boiled macaroni – 1 + 1/3 Cup
  2. Pineapple – ½ cup
  3. Cooking Butter – 2 table spoon
  4. Maida -2 table spoon
  5. Maahi Milk – 2 cups
  6. Black pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
  7. Sugar – 5 to 6 table spoon
  8. Cheese – 3 tablespoon + 1 cup
  9. Salt as per taste

For Garnishing:

  1. Mint leaves
  2. Some pineapple and its leaves

Method:

  1. Step 1 - take one pan heat cooking butter and maida on low flame. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes but taking care that it does not change its color.
  2. Step 2 – Add Maahi milk, stirring continuously so that lumps dose not form. Add cheese and keep stirring. Consistency should be semi liquid form.
  3. Step 3 – Add salt, pepper powder, sugar, macaroni and mix well.
  4. Step 4 - Take half mixture into oven proof bowl. Then arrange evenly some pineapple, again pour the rest of the mixture.
  5. Step 5- Now make 1 layer of pineapple. Add grated cheese. Keep this dish in preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes at 18o garnish with mint leaves pineapple and its leaves.
  6. Bakes macaroni with pineapple is ready, Server it , taste it ….

Ingredients:

  1. Maahi Dahi
  2. Chat Masala
  3. Zinzara
  4. Dry coconut
  5. Kaju
  6. Potato
  7. Salt
  8. Lemon
  9. Zinger
  10. Green Chilli
  11. Coriander
  12. Tost powder
  13. Corn Floor

Method:

  1. Crush the zinzara
  2. Flame the potato
  3. Make the paste with Zinger, Green chilli and coriander
  4. Mix all all item and make the dish and give shape whatever you like

 4. Dhak Dhak Paneer

Ingredients:

  1. Maahi Gold Milk 500 ml nu Paneer.
  2. Sweet corn –Semi crush 1 Table Spoon.
  3. Carrot Crush – 1 table spoon.
  4. Capsicum – 1 table spoon.
  5. Maida liquid – 2 table spoon + Water
  6. Fresh Bread crush as per required
  7. Chat Masala
  8. Aamchur powder
  9. Salt
  10. Mari powder
  11. Green chilli – 2
  12. Coriander – 1 table spoon.
  13. Oil for Fry

Method:

  1. Proper mix all items but not oil and paste.
  2. Make a heart shape.
  3. Fry prepared mix in oil with help of Maida and bread crush.
  4. Fry till the colour look like badami.
  5. Now dhak dhak paneer is ready.
